Lately I drink smoothie in the evenings like 5-6 PM. Or eating just a bowl of greek yogurt pouring some cinnamon on. Stop eating after at least 6 PM.

Salmon once A Week!  Because you need good fat. And fat is not always bad. If you do not get good fats you can’t achieve your goals are live a healthy life. Hey there, I’m not talking about chips fat! Be sure while cookin salmon you do not fry it! Oven is the best way. Black pepper is tasty with it. I tried putting some purple onions too yesterday, it was suggestable deliciousness.

Also they are low calorie, fat free, protein source either. Did you know I just learned they are also gluten-free. All you gotta do is add A Cup of mushroom to your plate.
