Clean Eating Day #1| Breakfast, Snack, Lunch



 What I eat In a day


Hello! after starting that 21 days of clean eating, I have said that I should post a 7 day meal plan. Haven’t got  time so tomorrow I’m making it for your information. I noted a one day meal plan here. It is full of greens and enough protein for a casual day at home.

If I am at home and not working out, I try to eat 2 main meals a day and 1 – 2 snacks. If I workout I eat a carry Breakfast, snack, Lunch, snack, Dinner.

#3 Breakfast : boiled egg, half an avocado, cottage cheese, flax seeds <3

#2 snack : green juice and cucumbers

#1 lunch : shrimp salad
