Vegan | Chickpea-Tofu Salad


  • 1/4 cup of boiled drained chickpea
  • 1 carrot
  • 3 slices of tofu cheese grilled
  • 1/4 boiled potato
  • 1/2 cup of Lettuce
  • one handful of almonds
  • pepper, salt, lemon juice to garnish


  1. place all ingredients into a bowl, or a jar for the next days.
