Vegan | Chickpea-Tofu Salad
- 1/4 cup of boiled drained chickpea
- 1 carrot
- 3 slices of tofu cheese grilled
- 1/4 boiled potato
- 1/2 cup of Lettuce
- one handful of almonds
- pepper, salt, lemon juice to garnish
- place all ingredients into a bowl, or a jar for the next days.
