1.Green Spinach Smoothie | ingredients

1/2 glass of yogurt
1 glass of frozen spinach
1 frozen banana
2 ts cinnamon
chia tohumlari
chia seeds
3 tbs coconut flakes
2.Leftovers Smoothie | ingredients

1/2 glass of lactose free milk – 1 glass of frozen spinach
1/2 frozen banana for texture – 1 middle nectarine – 1 ts polen
2 ts cinnamon, chia seeds – 2 tbs tahini, 1 fig, pomegranate

3.Cocoa Smoothie | ingredients

1/2 glass of lactose free milk – 1 glass of frozen spinach
1/2 frozen banana for texture – 1 middle nectarine – 1 ts polen
2 ts cinnamon, chia seeds – 2 tbs tahini, 1 fig, pomegranate
3 tbs cacao, tangerine to decorate – peanuts
